Billing

We bill once a month, but only if there is something to bill that month. All of your conferences held during the billing cycle will be shown on your invoice. Customers are randomly assigned different billing cycles, so yours may not be from the first to the last day of the month. Your bill should arrive at approximately the same day each month.

By default, your invoice will be a summary invoice showing the number of conferences and the number of minutes used. Each conference host will be named and subtotaled separately. Detailed information on each of your conferences is available online on your billing portal uCommand. If you require more detailed information on your invoice this can also be arranged.

Yes, this option is available. You can permanently assign each conference host a billing code. Your invoice will subtotal conferences by each billing code. You can also request that the host be prompted to enter a numeric billing code when he or she joins each conference. Billing codes can be up to 9 characters long.

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Instructions are on your invoice. After you receive your first invoice in the mail you can arrange to pay it by credit card and you can also arrange for future invoices to be automatically charged to your credit card when they are issued.

Account

When you open an account, you have the power to immediately conduct a reservationless audio conference or web conference. We send you a welcome kit that includes everything you need to hold productive and trouble-free conferences. And since there is no charge to open an account, or to enable any number of conferencing hosts, you should pre-assign individual accounts to everyone on your staff who could find him or herself in need of holding a conference. With an individual account in hand, anyone who needs to hold a conference can just do it, without having to schedule it. Our service is available for use any time, day or night. That is why we call the service Ready-Access. It is always ready. It is “reservationless.”

We require your signature on our order form-standard terms and conditions-to acknowledge and agree to them. We cannot accept electronic signatures. You agree to pay for service rendered. We are not asking you to commit for specific amount of time and there are no setup or cancellation fees or minimum-use commitments.

No. Our services is free of set-up charges, monthly fees and minimum commitments.

Reservations are not needed for normal service, but you may wish to quickly set up a one-time-use conference that has different access code from your regular account. You can do this online via your portal or call Customer Support and they’ll set it up for you.

Yes. Once your user profile has been set up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions, including your access number and codes.

Starting Conferencing: Dial your Conferencing phone number, then enter your 7-digit access code and Chairperson passcode

Our reservationless platform capacity is 150 per conference.

Yes – you can reserve up to 300 or use our Operator-assisted option for larger conferences.

If you set up multiple conferencing accounts, you are able to hold two conference calls simultaneously. When you receive your bill, you will know which particular chairperson did the conference call and can allocate the expense to the correct business unit.

The Conferencing Portal has several tools available for your Ready-Access account to enhance your experience. This includes the Conferences section where you can review conference details for calls you have conducted over the past 45 days.

Operator assistance is available in all types of conference calls. A Ready-Access reservationless call offers two options for reaching an operator:

  1. Private Operator Assistance: You may speak with an operator privately or request that an operator join your conference.
  2. We also offer Operator Assisted calls where your operator is always available to help you choose the right features to make any call successful.

Yes, your participants can see your presentation even if they do not have the application installed on their PC for viewing.

Yes. It’s surprisingly easy to include an audio conference with your web conference through one interface. When you start your web conference you also have the option to add an audio conference by selecting Add Audio. When you and your participants sign in to join the conference, you include your phone numbers. At that point, your phone (and any attendees’ phones for which you have included a direct dial number) will ring to start the audio portion of the conference. It’s that easy.
